I haven't been active on here much at all.. and I feel terrible for that

Sorry guys!

My professors had me buried to my neck in work this past month, but finals will be over in a week or so

Then I'll be finishing a few WIP's that I've started forever ago (if any of you are interested in viewing the process, I will be posting most of the WIP photos on my tumblr [link] and my facebook page [link])

Also, beginning about mid May I'll be taking 3 summer courses (ending in late June), one of them being an art appreciations course. So if I have any interesting projects in that class I'll be sure to post them on either here or my tumblr and facebook as well. :3

Then I'll have life drawing and watercolor in the fall term, so things are looking good in the upcoming months

I also have a new request that I'm planning on finishing when I get my finals done, be on the look out for that one~

(anything else going on in my life? um..)

Oh yeah, I've gotten curious about digital drawing and downloaded paint tool SAI, but don't have a tablet, so if you see any digital practice doodles of mine, that's why

Lastly, if anyone has an art blog on tumblr or an art page on facebook, let me know in the comments and I'll be checking them out later

Hi there!

First and foremost, I want to point out that while I am from (and still currently living in) New Jersey, I'm not what today's society deems as a typical type of jersey girl. I'm pretty much the opposite I guess, mostly for the fact that I am terribly awkward, and snow white pale, and proudly a dork in most things. Awkward artist at your service~

I'm a 19 year old artist, 50% self taught 50% taught through schooling

I currently don't have a specific medium selected to specialize in, mainly because I'm creating a portfolio of different things and getting into new ones. I guess what I've done most of my life would be drawing and painting things, and being a total amateur at photography (merely speaking of the photos I've gotten on my phone). I have also done some origami and a few ceramic projects in the past, but I'm still learning to do more as I go. Hopefully I'll be able to improve more before I finish college.

I'm currently taking online courses for a liberal arts degree, but will be transferring for my dual major (Art/Psychology) soon as I'm done with this one. Hope you people enjoy my work and maybe I'll get to know some of you

and my apologies for making this a REALLY long bio.. did I mention I'm terribly awkward?
